Thank you so much for the warm welcome (back)! I know what you mean about being on-and-off; that's been me with a lot of things over the last few years. It didn't help that a huge chunk of the LJ 'family' I'd built up fell away when LJ got squirrely, and never made here.

But we all need to be able to reassure ourselves that we are not alone in this mess, or in seeing what's happening. Yeah, the AI thing; it's absolutely mind-boggling how no one seems to be able to see the dangers!
